Here are some of the clients who have worked with me; most of the guys were skinny-fat muscular guys, which means they were a little bit muscular as they were doing weight training but had a lot of belly fat. I cleaned up their diet and gave them meal plans according to their requirements. I gave them a 9 to 12 set workout plan, and that too, 3 days a week. For cardio, they were doing 10000 to 12000 steps a day and once a week HIIT training or zone 2 cardio training.
